1. Eligibility for Wholesale & Bulk Pricing
To qualify for bulk ordering or wholesale pricing, customers must meet one of the following criteria:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Purchase a minimum specified quantity of a single product line per order.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): Reach a combined order total threshold (e.g., RM 3,000 or above per order).
- Registered Businesses: Be a registered business operating in the automotive, repair, or machinery industry.
2. How to Request a Wholesale Quote
To place a bulk order or request tier pricing, please contact our wholesale sales team directly with the following details:

- Item Names / Part Numbers & Desired Quantities

3. Pricing & Quotation Terms
- Quotation Validity: Quotations provided by ADA MACHINERY PARTS SDN. BHD. are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to market adjustments and stock availability prior to quotation confirmation.
4. Payment Terms for Bulk Orders
- Full payment or an agreed deposit must be cleared before the dispatch of goods.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Direct Bank Transfer (FPX / IBG), Cheque, or Official Invoicing.
5. Shipping & Freight Charges
- Freight and logistics costs for bulk shipments will be calculated separately based on total weight, volume, and delivery location within Malaysia.
- Express delivery or customized freight arrangements can be organized upon request.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Quality Guarantee
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Bulk orders must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any defects, missing items, or wrong deliveries must be reported in writing with supporting video/photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt.
- Cancellations: Custom or special-order wholesale items cannot be canceled or returned once order processing has commenced.
