CANCELLATION POLICY

At ADA MACHINERY PARTS SDN. BHD. (ada-machineryparts.com), we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please review our Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Immediate Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it immediately enters our automated processing system.
  • Strict Non-Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel an order after submission will not be accepted, as all sales are final upon payment confirmation.

2. Exceptional Cancellation Requests

Under exceptional circumstances, a cancellation request may be considered ONLY IF:

  1. The request is submitted via email to ada_machineryparts@outlook.com before the parcel has been packaged, assigned a tracking number, or handed over to our courier partner.
  2. The ordered item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled within our stipulated delivery timeline.

Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to request an urgent cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately with:

4. Cancellation Fees & Refunds

  • If an exceptional cancellation request is approved by the Company prior to dispatch, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Processing / Gateway Fees: Refunds for canceled orders may be subject to a nominal transaction fee or payment gateway administrative charge (if applicable).
